This hotel is an absolute gem in the heart of Madrid. The location is perfect, right in the city centre on a pedestrian street. You can easily walk to all the major attractions and there are plenty of shops, restaurants, and pubs nearby. The rooms are clean and cozy, with all the necessary facilities. I especially loved the balcony with a great view. The staff is friendly and helpful, making you feel welcome from the moment you arrive. The breakfast offered is fantastic, providing a great start to the day.

The location of this hotel is unbeatable, with 3 Metro stations within a 5-minute walk and the main Gran Via just a short stroll away. Being right in the center of the city, it was so convenient to explore all the key attractions by foot. The rooms were really clean and the helpful staff provided a smooth check-in experience. The hotel offered competitive prices without being packed with tourists, allowing for a more authentic experience.
The bathroom was on the smaller side, and it would have been nice to have a little more space.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The location was superb, right in the heart of the city and on the main shopping street. I could walk to all the main sights within 15 minutes, and everything I needed was nearby. The room was clean, tidy, and had a beautiful decoration. It felt almost brand new. The hotel staff, especially Marina at the reception, was helpful and friendly. She gave me great recommendations about the city and made me feel welcome. this hotel had the best quality/price ratio and provided a comfortable and convenient stay.

Great location! The rooms werevery comfy and tidy, with fast wifi. The beds were big and comfortable, and the bathroom was clean with toiletries provided. The staff was friendly and spoke English. The hotel was located in a busy neighborhood, within walking distance of popular attractions, restaurants, and bars. It was also great for shopping, with stores right across from the hotel.
The internet could have been better.
